Welcome to Elk Heights Distillery. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. 

1. Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive any product from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient of any shipment are 21 or older. A government-issued photo ID showing proof of age (21+) is required at delivery. If the recipient cannot show valid ID, the package will not be released.

2. Where we ship. We ship within the United States in states where direct-to-consumer shipment of distilled spirits is permitted under applicable law. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfill. We do not currently ship internationally.

3. Orders, prices, and availability. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders at our discretion. Prices, products, and promotions may change without notice.

4. Payment and taxes. Payment is due at checkout. Applicable sales and excise taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

5. Title and risk of loss. Title passes to the buyer at our facility upon pickup by the carrier. Risk of loss in transit is governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns. Because we sell distilled spirits, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If a product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, logos, images, and product names, is the property of Elk Heights Distillery LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimer. This site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those required by law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elk Heights Distillery LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
